Refunds & Returns Policy

All sales are final:

• Digital guides are non-refundable.
• Physical books and boxed sets: no refunds or returns once the order has been dispatched.

Exceptions (reviewed case-by-case)

• Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item free of charge (subject to availability).
• Wrong item shipped due to our error: we will cover return shipping and send the correct item immediately.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
