Shipping policy
Le Voyage is a lifestyle publishing house located in Europe. All physical orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in Barcelona.
Digital guides are delivered instantly by email and are always sent free of charge.
Order Processing & Fulfilment
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Spanish public holidays).
- In-stock items are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
- Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives. Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page.
- During sales, promotions, or Spanish national holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value.
Europe (EU + UK, Norway, Switzerland)
- Free tracked shipping on full-price orders over €150
- Complimentary shipping (including during sales) on orders over €200
- Paid shipping for orders below these thresholds: €9–€18 (exact amount shown at checkout)
Outside Europe (USA, Canada, Rest of World)
- Free tracked shipping on full-price orders over €500
- Paid shipping for orders below €500: €25–€85 depending on destination and speed (exact amount shown at checkout)
Express options (1–4 business days) are always available at an additional cost and are calculated in real time at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (after handover to carrier)
- Europe Standard: 3–8 business days
- Europe Express: 1–3 business days
- USA / Canada Standard: 5–10 business days
- USA / Canada Express: 2–4 business days
- Rest of World: varies; shown at checkout
Important Notes
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other local charges outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
- Within the EU, applicable VAT is automatically added at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact hello@levoyageclub.com with your order number in the subject line. We will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
