Numeroventi

WHERE: SANTA CROCE, FLORENCE
WHAT: ART RESIDENCY, DESIGN GUESTHOUSE
WHO: DESIGN MINDS, ARTISTS, CREATIVES
THE VIBE: MINIMALIST, RAW ELEGANCE

Housed within a 16th-century palazzo in the heart of Florence’s Santa Croce district, Numeroventi blurs the line between a guesthouse, art studio, and design sanctuary. Founded by creative director Martino di Napoli Rampolla, this hybrid space celebrates Florentine heritage through a contemporary, artsy lens.

Numeroventi
THE CITY’S CREATIVE HUB

A FEW STEPS FROM THE DUOMO, NUMEROVENTI IS AN ARTISTIC, AESTHETIC REFUGE FOR THOSE SEEKING TO ESCAPE THE CITY’S HURRIED PACE

Tucked inside Palazzo Galli Tassi, Numeroventi feels more like an artist’s atelier than a traditional b&b. Soaring ceilings, stone staircases, and centuries-old frescoes mingle with minimalist furniture by local and international designers. Each space tells a story of quiet reinvention:  rooms stripped back to reveal their raw beauty, softened by linen drapes, warm light, and hand-crafted details. The design ethos is one of stillness and honesty: Florence’s grandeur distilled into something pure and modern.

Here, creative residents and guests coexist in harmony. The communal kitchen buzzes with conversation over morning espresso; in other rooms, visiting artists paint, sculpt, and experiment. Oh, and if you fall in love with some items in your room they may be for sale.

FLORENCE BEHIND THE SCENES

LE VOYAGE HOTEL-JOURNAL

THE DESIGN

Minimalist and monastic yet deeply romantic. Terracotta floors, limewashed walls, and salvaged wood contrast against contemporary art and custom pieces from Frama and Studiopepe. Natural light filters through tall windows and interiors are enriched with works (sculptures, paintings and ceramics) from resident artists.

ROOMS

There are six suites and two fully-catered apartments, each uniquely composed. Expect serene palettes, linen-covered beds, sculptural ceramics, and a 360 degree of creative energy.

FOOD & DRINK

Guests share the kitchen — think local produce from Sant’Ambrogio market, espresso from Ditta Artigianale, and the occasional communal dinner under candlelight. Florence’s best trattorie and natural wine bars are only steps away.

HOTEL HIGHLIGHTS

The artist-in-residence programme — a living gallery of contemporary creativity — and the light-filled courtyard, perfect for sketching, reading, or lingering over a cappuccino.

WHY WE’LL RETURN
